Two oak ladder back chairs (probably late 1800's) with cane seats.  The cane seats are in poor condition but still sturdy and cover nicely with pretty cushions (more comfortable too...).  Price:  $60 for pair

This oak library table is probably from the early 1900's.  I have had it for years, came out of my family's cottage near Cooperstown.  I have used it as a desk, a laser printer fits nicely on the bottom shelf.
Price:  $75

Need a Kraftmade base cabinet or "lazy Susan"?    I recycled most of my kitchen cabinets by painting them and rearranging layout.  I had left-overs!  If you are handy (or know someone who is!), I have extra counter top (off-white) to go with the base cupboards.  Could be re-purposed for a bathroom sink?  Oak with a darker stain.
Price:  Base cabinet with drawer and bottom cupboard $50
Price:  Lazy Susan $25
Price:  Counter top - free with purchase of base cabinet(s)

Pine Bench in excellent condition, beautiful patina.  Price:  $75

Wing Back Chair is Thomasville Home in green/cream/and plum plaid.  In excellent condition.  Price:  $100

Hand carved side table has floral carving on top and lovely detail on the base.  Price:  $50

Enamel Topped Table has repainted legs and base.  The table legs flare out slightly and has a center drawer.  The enamel top is in fairly good shape, there is a small area of wear (see photo).  Price:  $60

Two Arrow Head/one board seat antique chairs from the early 1800's.  Several layers of paint but the final coat of black is worn and leaves the chairs looking appropriately aged.  Price:  $25 each

*Items do not need to be sold together

Hutch was a beat up piece I sanded and painted black.  I added trim to the cupboard doors on the bottom and new hardware although hinges are original.  Original drawer pulls are in the drawer and will be sold with the hutch.  PRICE:  $125
